What can Concord offer me?

The two-year Management Development Programme, fully endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality, is open to those who have completed a hospitality related national qualification, either a BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision or an NVQ/VRQ hospitality craft course.
So, if you are a school leaver wishing to pursue a career in this exciting and dynamic industry, your next step is to approach your local college and enrol on an appropriate course. For those of you who are coming towards the end of your qualifications at college, you are now only one step away from being selected to take part in the Concord Management Development Programme.
Typically, the programme consists of six-month placements in four designated member hotels, covering food service, beverage service, food production and front office. You will be offered good, all-round experience and exposure to various types of hotel environment, improving your knowledge and skills in all aspects of hotel operation.
