Yes, our hotels are based around the UK, so you will need to move away. However, the provision of staff accommodation is included in your package, so you will not have to worry about finding it yourself.
You will need to be prepared to work in any of our member hotels, however you can indicate your preferences and, where possible, these will be met.
Our Management Development Programme is designed to provide you with the tools you need to become a manager. We believe you need experience of all operational areas in order to be an effective manager and you will therefore work in all four departments.
You will be supported throughout the two years by the Group Training Officer. We will help you to deal with any problems that you are faced with.
No, the only cost to you is your travel to an interview and to your first placement. There are no fees involved.
Yes, you will be paid a competitive salary and will be provided with full board and lodgings.
There is not a set start date for the scheme. Your approximate starting date will be agreed at interview.

Our aim is to have 100% of our trainees employed at the end of their two-year programme. Approximately 70% of trainees find employment in one of the member hotels, with the remainder finding suitable positions elsewhere in the industtry. The Group Training Officer will give you full support in finding a position when you have finished your programme of training.
