Concord Hotels were this year shortlisted for 'Best Management Development Strategy' in the annual Springboard Awards for Excellence. Worthy winners were Hilton Worldwide, but the Springboard judges commented on Concord thus: "Concord knows the importance of attracting, developing and nurturing capable, hard-working young people to achieve their true potential. Across its member hotels, the management training programme has seen an astonishing 70% of graduates get positions and most go on to managment or supervisory positions. Great work!"
